Welcome to MetaAllInOne! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MetaAllInOne mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Introduction

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the MetaAllInOne Service.

MetaAllInOne provides a platform that connects buyers and sellers of goods and services. We are not a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers, nor are we the agent, representative, or merchant of any user.

2. Definitions

"We," "Us," "Our"
Refers to MetaAllInOne, the provider of the Service.
"You," "User"
Refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
"Buyer"
Refers to a User who purchases products through the Service.
"Seller"
Refers to a User who lists and sells products through the Service.
"Content"
Refers to text, images, photos, audio, video, listings, and all other forms of data or communication.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information and for keeping your password secure.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

4. The MetaAllInOne Marketplace

MetaAllInOne acts as a venue to connect Buyers and Sellers. We are not a party to the actual transaction between Buyers and Sellers. As a result, we have no control over:

  • The quality, safety, morality, or legality of any aspect of the items listed
  • The truth or accuracy of the listings
  • The ability of Sellers to sell items or the ability of Buyers to pay for items

Important: We cannot ensure that a Buyer or Seller will actually complete a transaction. You acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

5. Buying on MetaAllInOne

When you buy an item on MetaAllInOne, you are agreeing to:

  • Pay the listed price and any applicable shipping and handling fees
  • Provide accurate shipping information
  • Review the seller's return policy before making a purchase
  • Complete the transaction unless there is a legitimate reason to cancel (e.g., item not as described)

All purchases are subject to our Payment Policy and any additional terms set by the individual seller.

6. Selling on MetaAllInOne

As a Seller, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your listings
  • Honor the representations made in your listings
  • Respond to Buyer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ship sold items promptly and provide tracking information when available
  • Resolve any disputes with Buyers in good faith

You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the items you list for sale, including any restrictions on certain products.

7. User Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting content to our Service, you grant MetaAllInOne a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

8. Payments & Fees

MetaAllInOne uses third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions. By using our Service, you agree to their terms and conditions.

As a Seller, you agree to pay all applicable fees for using our Service. These fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you list an item for sale. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days' notice.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the app or contacting customer support.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL METAALLINONE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
